Crispy Piglet with bok choy & Mushroom

Cooking time 15 to 20 minutes

 

Serves 2 to 3

 

Ingredients

  • 500g Crispy Piglet chopped in bite size

  • 300g Brown Mushroom in half

  • 300g Bok Choy clean & separated

  • 3 Spring Onion chopped finely

  • 1 big size red chili minced

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic minced

  • 1 inch size Ginger minced

For Seasoning

  • 1 and half table spoon Soya Sauce

  • 1tsp Chinese Rice Wine

  • 1tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 1tsp red Chili Paste

  • 1tbsp of fish Sauce

  • 1tbsp Sugar or Rice Syrup

  • 1 tbsp of Soybean Paste

  • 150ml Water

 

How to make

First prepare all ingredients according to above.

Mix all ingredients together for seasoning and mix it well and keep it aside.
