Crispy Piglet with bok choy & Mushroom
Cooking time 15 to 20 minutes
Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients

500g Crispy Piglet chopped in bite size

300g Brown Mushroom in half

300g Bok Choy clean & separated

3 Spring Onion chopped finely

1 big size red chili minced
-
3 Cloves of Garlic minced
-
1 inch size Ginger minced

For Seasoning
-
1 and half table spoon Soya Sauce
-
1tsp Chinese Rice Wine
-
1tbsp Oyster Sauce
-
1tsp red Chili Paste
-
1tbsp of fish Sauce
-
1tbsp Sugar or Rice Syrup
-
1 tbsp of Soybean Paste
-
150ml Water
How to make
First prepare all ingredients according to above.
Mix all ingredients together for seasoning and mix it well and keep it aside.
