1 cup of Milk (use the cup that you serve)
½ cup of Water ( use the cup that you serve)
3 Crushed Cardamom Pods
1 small size of Cinnamon Stick
1 little piece of Ginger
1 Black Tea Bag
1 tbsp of Brown Sugar (you can use White Sugar if you want)
How to make
Prepare all ingredients above and put it all in to a pan or pot and bring it to the boil in medium high heat.
After boils turn heat to medium low heat then let it boil around 3 to 4 minutes which helps to infuse all flavor and combines with the milk to make it richer and also to reduce and stop liquid spill out from the pot. After 4 minutes boiling your perfect Masala Tea is ready.
Transfer to a serving glass or cup then you can enjoy with your preferable pastries. We love to eat with cookies!
Note: while you are transferring the Tea in to a glass or cup use the little strainer to separate the liquid which is our Tea and throw the hard parts out.
