For the spicy sauce:
4 PiriPiri or hot chilies 🌶️
2 cloves of garlic 🧄
0.5 tsp salt or to taste 🧂
1 tbsp melted butter 🧈

Start by removing the husk from the sweet corn. Then, either boil or steam the corn for 5 to 6 minutes until they are tender.
While the corn is cooking, prepare the spicy sauce. In a blender, combine the PiriPiri or hot chilies, garlic, salt, melted butter, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until you have a smooth and flavorful sauce.
Once the sweet corn is cooked, transfer them to a hot grill pan. Grill the corn until they develop a nice charred color, turning them occasionally for even grilling.
After grilling, chop the corn into small pieces and skewer each piece onto wooden skewers.
Now, spread the spicy sauce evenly over the skewered corn, ensuring they are coated with the delicious flavors.
