This crispy and crunchy sweet corn stir fry is really delicious on its own but when you cook and share with your friends and family it adds another level of deliciousness. It takes no time to cook. Ingredients
1 cup of fresh sweet corn
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
2.5 tbsp cooking oil
Lime juice to taste
1/4 tsp Salt to taste
The vegetables chop finely
1 charlotte
1 small red onion
1 red chili
2 small spring onion
1 clove Garlic
a little piece of Ginger
How to make:
First prepare all the ingredients above.
Coat the sweet corn with the flour well. Heat a pan, after the oil is hot add the oil about 2 tbsp. Fry the sweet corn, keep stirring until it's crispier and change the color slightly on high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add 0.5 tbsp oil into the same pan, add garlic, ginger and chili, stir a bit. Next, Shallot, spring onion white part and Onion, stir for 30 seconds and add in corn then the cumin powder then the salt, stir for a minute. Add in the spring Onion’s green part, mix well then some lemon juice, mix well again and the dish is ready. Enjoy!
