2 medium ripe tomatoes without seeds chopped in small cubes
1 medium Red Onion chopped in small cubes
2 to 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
4 tbsp chopped Spring Coriander
4 Garlic cloves strips
½ in Ginger strips
6 small fresh chilies strips
½ tsp fine Salt or to your taste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red Chili Powder
1.5 tbsp Lime juice or to your taste
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
