Chicken Drumsticks are really easy to make on your own way, in this recipe I'm marinating them with the special sauce of Piri Piri which I made on my previous videos. It is going to be tangy, savory and mellow flavor. It is so easy to make and you can eat as a snack or a side dish.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Serve 2 as a snack or side dish
5 Chicken Drumsticks
½ tbsp of sea Salt
1 tsp of Original Piri Piri Sauce
How to make
Prepare 5 chicken Drumsticks and give a few cuts on the both sides of each of it so the marinate penetrates evenly inside the meat.
After finished cutting make sure that the all drumsticks are in a bowl then add ½ tbsp of sea Salt or to your taste and 1 tsp of Original Piri Piri Sauce, this sauce you can use to your taste too. *The sauce I'm using is that I made in my previous video, if you haven´t watch it yet you might like to watch it now to find how to make it*.
Now marinate very well. Cover with plastic wrap or plate and let it marinate around 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn on the Oven in 180º C (350º Fahrenheit).
Now on a tray use parchment paper and spread a little bit of oil, now add the Drumsticks and season with a little bit more oil.
Next bring it into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes turn the drumsticks over and roast them for 15 minutes more.
Now we are done, lets plate, looks gorgeous and so tempting.
Garnish with some Piri Piri and spring coriander if you like and enjoy...
